Purpose of the job
An exceptional Advertising and Promotions Manager ideally with recent Marketing experience in FMCGs who has passion for building products and who can help drive results and deliver successful strategies.
Job requirement

• Minimum of 5 years strong experience in marketing
• Experience in promoting / building FMCG products
• Experience with building brands, developing communications campaigns, promotions, and events would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of customer/market dynamics and requirements
• Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals
• Proven ability in brand advertising / promotions
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, which includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of media production, communication, dissemination techniques and methods, which includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral and visual media.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, this includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales systems.
• Excellent communication skills
